We’re a local roofing company that specializes in working with insurance companies and we cater to residents of Central Arkansas that need help determining whether or not their roof would warrant a full replacement, require a repair, or is in pristine condition. We inspect for hail and wind damage, leaks, and also perform routine maintenance inspections. All inspections are free of charge with no obligations.
Getting a new roof through the insurance process can be long, confusing, complicated, or even intimidating. We help smooth the process and make it as painless as possible. We have years of experience working with every single insurance carrier which allows us to effectively assist homeowners in working with their insurance agents, adjusters, claim centers, mortgage companies, pricing, estimates, paperwork, and invoicing.
We pride ourselves on educating all of our clients with the most current and accurate information available regarding the insurance process, their roof, and the details to replace their roof. We keep our certifications up to date and opt-in for any specialized or advanced training that becomes available including shingle installation methods, metal and specialty shingles, house ventilation systems, insurance policy coverages and criteria, international building code updates, safety programs, drone applications, and universal industry software courses used for measurements, diagrams, and pricing.
Our biggest accomplishment is our team, and we consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to work with each other. Everyone is dedicated to the success of the company and we all share the same goals. We have faith in the Lord, we trust our God, and we are thankful for all of the blessings we have received.
While our current model is geared towards asphalt shingles for commercial and residential roofing, we are very excited about our involvement with commercial projects that we have been so blessed to be a part of which include new construction projects and full tear offs. Our experience in TPO systems include flat and tapered ISO systems, mechanically attached, partially adhered, fully adhered, and Rhino induction systems. Our experience with standing seam metal roofs are always custom and roll formed on site and include snap-loc residential panels and structural mechanically seamed roof systems.

It all started when…
Matt Headley, his son Austin, and his wife Charity, are an amazing example of a family who work together as a team to create something bigger than themselves. Their story is full of determination, integrity, vision, massive bull-headed discipline, and passion. Together, the family operate 3 different local companies that are completely independent from one another yet all share overwhelming successes.
The idea of Rock City Roofing was founded on core principles, high standards, and fundamental business principles set by an intense volume of previous experiences. In 2006, prior to entering the roofing industry, Matt had a leaky roof that resulted in an insurance claim with the recommendation for a full replacement. He did what most inexperienced homeowners do and he hired the first roofer he met with and didn’t question any of their values, quality, or operations.
His roof was replaced and he thought the leak was fixed and he was done. Little did he know, his roof was not replaced correctly and the leak was not phased. He later found out that the only thing that was replaced on his roof were the shingles and nothing else. Everything you don’t want a roofer to do is exactly what happened on his home. The roofers did not replace the felt which means they were not able to inspect the decking for any damaged or rotted wood. They did not replace any of the flashings and they did not repair the leaking chimney. When he started his roofing company, he knew that no homeowner should ever have to experience this and he made a vow to never work this way.
All of the installation crews that work for Rock City Roofing are held accountable for the industries highest installation standards and practices. Every member of the team is proud of who they work for, of their workmanship, and they stand behind everything that they do.
